Leandri Pretorius

Occupational Therapist

Leandri Pretorius is an occupational therapist with over 12 years of international experience spanning acute care, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term neurorehabilitation, and community-based services. Her clinical background is broad, including neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and complex congenital presentations, as well as orthopaedic, upper limb, and cognitive rehabilitation.

Leandri has experience providing functional capacity and ADL assessments in NDIS, My Aged Care, and medicolegal contexts. Her assessments are thorough, integrating clinical evidence, functional observation, and environmental considerations to inform tailored recommendations regarding care, equipment, home modifications, and rehabilitation planning.

In addition to her clinical work, Leandri has contributed to professional education through in-service training, capacity assessment workshops, and clinical supervision. She holds a Master of Rehabilitation Science and has completed advanced medicolegal training, supporting her ability to deliver clear, structured, and balanced reports.
