Our Services
What we
1. Assessment
Our services rely on an assessment of the person, observing what is involved in their activities of daily living and speaking to them about the impact of their injury or illness.
We discuss medical, work and social history, ensuring that we thoroughly understand the effect of their injury or illness on their day-to-day life.
2. Report
The report will address the questions posed in your letter of instruction and includes a comprehensive document review.
Typically, a report will comment on a person’s medical history, intervention and treatment, functional tolerances, range of movement, employment history, social history, home environment and pre- and post-injury capacity for activities of daily living — including future needs.
2. Expert witness services

The Process
We travel across Australia, and internationally. Call or email to let us know where the person being assessed lives, and the time frame for your report. We will match you to the most appropriate expert.

Our occupational therapist will spend approximately 3 hours assessing the person affected by illness or injury. We won’t require any special preparation in the home in order to conduct our assessment.
Our experts pull together the information obtained during the assessment, the medical records provided and medical research to write the report. They overlay this information with their vast clinical experience to inform their opinions and recommendations.
Expected schedule: Reports are typically delivered four weeks from the assessment. We can accommodate more urgent bookings if requested.
Another expert on our team reviews all reports. This process ensures that your letter of instruction has been thoroughly addressed and that all of the opinions and recommendations expressed in the report are robust and clinically sound.
We send reports electronically as a PDF document. If you have feedback or questions about your report, simply get in touch.
