Amanda McLaughlin

Occupational Therapist

Amanda is a senior occupational therapist with over 40 years of experience across hospital, community, and private settings in Australia and internationally. For the past 20 years, she has specialised in functional and medicolegal assessments, including NDIS, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), and AAT Tribunal matters.

Amanda brings a calm and objective approach to each assessment, with particular expertise in complex conditions such as brain injury, psychiatric illness, chronic pain, and progressive neurological disease. Her reports are clear, balanced, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Widely respected for her clinical insight and professional integrity, Amanda also mentors emerging clinicians and contributes to peer review processes, helping to maintain high standards across the team.
